At Ve Luxe Hair, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Return eligibility

Due to the nature of women wigs and hair products, returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if the lace has been cut, the wig has been installed, styled, brushed, colored, or chemically processed.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to request a return

To start a return, please email us at saniaslayss1@gmail.com with:

- Your order number  
- The reason for return  
- Clear photos of the item in its original condition  

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you must return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order.

Sale items

Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Ve Luxe Hair reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
